Shouldered AI  /  For roofers and roofing companies

You be the roofer. We shoulder the rest.

One storm can bring a year of work in a week, if someone answers the phone. Shouldered gives your roofing company one HQ that answers every message, texts back every missed call, books every inspection, follows up on every estimate and gets every job paid. You keep the rain out. We shoulder the rest.

What keeps you up at night

"After a storm we can't keep up with calls."

Tabitha at the Service Desk answers every message and form, texts back every missed call, takes photos and the address, and books the inspection by neighborhood so crews are not zigzagging.

"Estimates sit and nobody follows up."

Lydia at the Sales Desk follows up on every estimate at the right time, answers the questions homeowners ask, and tells you who is ready to sign.

"Waiting on insurance checks kills our cash."

Matthew at the Finance Desk tracks every payment the homeowner is waiting on, keeps the paperwork in order and reminds everyone until the job is paid. Insurance decisions stay with the homeowner and their adjuster.

"Permits and material orders slip."

Nehemiah at the Operations Desk files and tracks permits, lines up material drops with the crew schedule and tells the homeowner when to move the cars.

What your HQ does

Simon and seven desks of Heroes, working for roofers.

Simon · HQ

Each morning shows you inspections booked, estimates waiting, crews scheduled and money owed.

Tabitha · Service Desk

Answers storm messages, texts back every missed call, books inspections, sends crew arrival texts and checks in after the roof is done. Answering calls by voice is coming soon; until then calls ring through to your team, and every missed call gets a text back.

Lydia · Sales Desk

Follows up on every estimate, sends the warranty details and asks finished customers for referrals.

Matthew · Finance Desk

Sends deposit and final invoices, tracks payments homeowners are waiting on, and chases what is past due.

Nehemiah · Operations Desk

Tracks permits and inspections, schedules crews and dumpsters, and lines up material deliveries.

Silas · Marketing Desk

Collects reviews and photos from finished jobs and reaches past customers before storm season.

Simon runs HQ: all the tech and all the brain power, and the one you talk to. Each of the seven desks is run by a Hero, and Simon directs all seven and answers for them. A person approves what matters, and legal, tax, medical and financial decisions stay with you and your licensed advisers.

A day with HQ running

A hailstorm rolls through Tuesday night. By Wednesday at 8 am HQ has answered 63 texts and web forms and texted back every missed call, booked 40 inspections in three neighborhoods and sent each homeowner a time window. Last week's estimates got their follow-ups, and two signed. The permit for the Garcia reroof came through and the shingles are set to drop Friday. Simon's note says what you will want to know: crews full for two weeks, $18,400 collected, three invoices to watch.

An illustration, not a promised result.

How the math works

Start

Most roofing companies start on Small: up to 5 seats and 80 hours a month, $750 a month paid for the year (Founding price: $500, first 50 companies only), plus $1,000 onboarding once. Storm messages, missed call texts, estimate follow-ups and invoices are handled from the start.

Grow

In storm season, add hours at $12.50 each and only pay while HQ is working. As crews grow, move to Medium at $1,875 a month paid for the year. More roofs, same paperwork.

Your Hero is here to improve the human. Your HQ, led by Simon, is here to improve your business.

Your investment

Two prices, and 50 Founding places.

First, what the work costs you today. A full-time office manager runs most small businesses about $4,000 to $5,000 a month with taxes and benefits, and goes home at five. Every call nobody answers is a job that goes to someone else.

Business coaching often costs $5,000 to $7,500 for one session day. HQ does the work every month, with a coach running the Shouldered Way and workshops included. Already have a coach? HQ works alongside them.

Prices are per month. Only the first 50 companies (the Founding 50) get the Founding price with a two-year commitment, paid yearly by bank transfer, and keep it for as long as they renew. Pay yearly by bank transfer and take 3% off. Onboarding is $1,000 for Small and $2,000 for Medium, paid once, and free at Shouldered events. It is one 1-hour call: technical setup with our technical team first, then your business with our team. The person who sold you HQ joins your onboarding call. Paid for the year, you get a named person who checks in every month. Month to month gets standard support. Twenty-one people and up is built around you. More seats are $25 each (Founding price $20), and more hours $12.50 each; hours count only while HQ is working, like minutes on a phone plan.

Enterprise and government. For large companies and public agencies. Custom plans start at $5,000 a month. Pilots are paid. We start SOC 2 Type 1 work in 2027. Texas agencies: we are working toward TX-RAMP.

The six-month guarantee · HQ plans

If HQ does not complete at least 40 hours of real admin work a month for you in your first six months (100 hours on Medium), tell us by the end of month five and we refund every dollar you paid for the plan.

The onboarding fee is not refunded. The guarantee asks one thing of you: let HQ do its work. Give it the access it needs and review its work in good faith. If our records show you kept declining or blocking the work HQ set out to do, the guarantee does not apply. If we see that happening, we tell you in writing so you can fix it.

The six months start the day HQ goes live for you. The Founding 50 are included. The guarantee covers HQ only, never coach fees.

Questions roofers ask
Can it handle a storm surge of calls?

Yes. It answers every message and form, texts back every missed call and books inspections by area. Hours count only while it works, so you add hours for the storm and use fewer in the slow months.

Does it deal with insurance companies?

It keeps the paperwork organized, tracks what the homeowner is waiting on and sends reminders. Insurance and legal decisions stay with the homeowner, their adjuster and you.

Will it work with my CRM and estimating tools?

We connect it to the tools you already use during onboarding. Your customer list, job history and numbers stay in your own system. We work inside it, we do not take it.

How long until it is running?

Try a 7 day trial environment, then onboarding is one 1-hour call. Setup takes up to 30 days. Results show in months 2 and 3, and it runs smoothly by month 6.

What if we do not see a change?

If HQ does not complete at least 40 hours of real admin work a month for you in your first six months (100 hours on Medium), tell us by the end of month five and we refund every dollar you paid for the plan.
