Shouldered AI  /  For plumbers and plumbing companies

You be the plumber. We shoulder the rest.

You fix what everyone else is scared to touch. Shouldered gives your shop one HQ that answers every message, texts back every missed call, fills the board, sends the invoice before the truck leaves the driveway and chases the ones who forget. You stay on the tools. We shoulder the rest.

What keeps you up at night

"I miss calls when I'm under a sink."

Tabitha at the Service Desk answers every message and texts back every missed call, sorts the burst pipe from the dripping faucet, and books the job on your board with the address and the photos.

"I do invoices at the kitchen table at 10 pm."

Matthew at the Finance Desk sends the invoice from the job the moment you mark it done, takes the payment, and reminds the late ones politely until it clears.

"The first cold snap buries us."

Nehemiah at the Operations Desk sees the freeze coming, opens extra slots, lines up callbacks by urgency and keeps every customer told when the truck is coming.

"Nobody follows up on the quotes."

Lydia at the Sales Desk follows up on every water heater and repipe quote at the right time, and tells you which ones are ready to book.

What your HQ does

Simon and seven desks of Heroes, working for plumbers.

Simon · HQ

Gives you one morning summary: calls booked, money in, money owed, quotes waiting and anything that needs you.

Tabitha · Service Desk

Answers chat, email and text, texts back every missed call, books the job, sends the 'tech on the way' message and checks in after the work is done. Answering calls by voice is coming soon; until then calls ring through to your team, and every missed call gets a text back.

Lydia · Sales Desk

Follows up on open quotes for water heaters, repipes and remodels, and turns one-time callers into maintenance plan members.

Matthew · Finance Desk

Invoices from the job ticket, takes payment, chases late payers and keeps your books ready for your accountant.

Nehemiah · Operations Desk

Builds the daily dispatch board by truck and area, tracks permits and inspections, and reminds plan members when their tune-up is due.

Silas · Marketing Desk

Asks every customer for an honest review, answers every review, and sends the 'is your water heater ready for winter' note before the cold arrives.

Simon runs HQ: all the tech and all the brain power, and the one you talk to. Each of the seven desks is run by a Hero, and Simon directs all seven and answers for them. A person approves what matters, and legal, tax, medical and financial decisions stay with you and your licensed advisers.

A day with HQ running

At 6:30 am Simon tells you three trucks are full, one slot opened when a customer moved, and $2,140 came in overnight. A missed slab leak call at 9 gets a text back and is booked, priced and on Truck 2 before you finish your coffee. The permit for Thursday's repipe is filed and the inspection is on the calendar. By 5 pm every finished job is invoiced, two reviews are in, and you go home without a stack of paper in the cab.

An illustration, not a promised result.

How the math works

Start

One truck needs about an hour a day of HQ, so most one and two truck shops start on Small: up to 5 seats and 80 hours a month, $750 a month paid for the year (Founding price: $500, first 50 companies only), plus $1,000 onboarding once. Extra Hero seats are $25 each.

Grow

Five trucks need about five hours a day of HQ, which runs about $1,125 to $1,875 a month with extra hours or Medium. At twenty trucks we build it with you as a custom plan. Double the jobs without doubling the paperwork, and your next hire is for the trade, not the admin.

Your Hero is here to improve the human. Your HQ, led by Simon, is here to improve your business.

Your investment

Two prices, and 50 Founding places.

First, what the work costs you today. A full-time office manager runs most small businesses about $4,000 to $5,000 a month with taxes and benefits, and goes home at five. Every call nobody answers is a job that goes to someone else.

Business coaching often costs $5,000 to $7,500 for one session day. HQ does the work every month, with a coach running the Shouldered Way and workshops included. Already have a coach? HQ works alongside them.

Prices are per month. Only the first 50 companies (the Founding 50) get the Founding price with a two-year commitment, paid yearly by bank transfer, and keep it for as long as they renew. Pay yearly by bank transfer and take 3% off. Onboarding is $1,000 for Small and $2,000 for Medium, paid once, and free at Shouldered events. It is one 1-hour call: technical setup with our technical team first, then your business with our team. The person who sold you HQ joins your onboarding call. Paid for the year, you get a named person who checks in every month. Month to month gets standard support. Twenty-one people and up is built around you. More seats are $25 each (Founding price $20), and more hours $12.50 each; hours count only while HQ is working, like minutes on a phone plan.

Enterprise and government. For large companies and public agencies. Custom plans start at $5,000 a month. Pilots are paid. We start SOC 2 Type 1 work in 2027. Texas agencies: we are working toward TX-RAMP.

The six-month guarantee · HQ plans

If HQ does not complete at least 40 hours of real admin work a month for you in your first six months (100 hours on Medium), tell us by the end of month five and we refund every dollar you paid for the plan.

The onboarding fee is not refunded. The guarantee asks one thing of you: let HQ do its work. Give it the access it needs and review its work in good faith. If our records show you kept declining or blocking the work HQ set out to do, the guarantee does not apply. If we see that happening, we tell you in writing so you can fix it.

The six months start the day HQ goes live for you. The Founding 50 are included. The guarantee covers HQ only, never coach fees.

Questions plumbers ask
Will it answer my phone like a real dispatcher?

It answers chat, email and text, texts back every missed call, asks the questions your dispatcher would ask, and books the job on your board. You set the rules: what counts as an emergency, which areas you cover and when to ring you.

Does it work with my field service software?

During onboarding we connect it to the tools you already use for jobs, invoices and payments. Your customer list, job history and numbers stay in your own system. We work inside it, we do not take it.

How long until it is running?

Plumbing has a ready template, so you can try it in a 7 day trial environment and setup can go faster than the usual 30 days. Most shops can feel it in months 2 and 3, and it runs smoothly by month 6.

What if it does not help?

If HQ does not complete at least 40 hours of real admin work a month for you in your first six months (100 hours on Medium), tell us by the end of month five and we refund every dollar you paid for the plan.

Is the Hero ready now?

Yes. The Hero is $25 a seat a month (Founding price $20), and it helps you get ready for HQ, which launches in December 2026.
