You bill your own sessions.
You charge your clients directly for your coaching, at your own prices. Your clients pay Shouldered directly for HQ at the standard price: Small is $750 a month paid for the year, or $1,100 month to month.
You never mark up HQ. You never charge for onboarding or anything HQ already includes. You tell your clients that you earn a commission from Shouldered. Our six-month guarantee covers HQ only, never coaching fees.

Will Shouldered replace my coaching?
No. HQ does the work. Your coach guides the people. We never pitch HQ as a replacement for a coach.
Does it work with EOS®?
Yes. HQ runs the Shouldered Way by default and also supports companies that run on EOS®, Scaling Up or OKRs. Our program is the Shouldered Way, not EOS.
What can I see in a client's HQ?
Only what the client agrees to in writing: their scorecard, open tasks and wins. They can take that consent back at any time. You never see private files or customer data.
What if a client and I part ways?
The client signs with Shouldered, so their HQ keeps running.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Onboarding is co-branded: set up by you, powered by Shouldered. Full white-label comes in a later phase.
How am I paid?
20% of plan fees for 24 months on each client you bring. You disclose the commission to your clients and give us a W-9.
